quite a surprise

well, i had no idea that i still had this --- i thought i had...whatever you do to blogs that you didn't mean to start...done that. i am clearly in error.

but since i have this, well...here i go:

so today I almost got a job. I think that it might be a job at a car wash, and I think that I might have to wear like rain boots and maybe a grey jump suit. I feel the necessity to mention that I also graduated from college three years ago.

I'm training for a marathon, and more to fact, a half marathon on May 18th.

I have rediscovered my love for classical piano, and so have spent the past few days/week sitting at my parent's piano. I also have a deep love of Brahms, and Chopin and so have soaked in my share of music from the Romantic period. Just tonight I found that I in fact have the music for Brahms Four Walzes Op. 38, No 1,2,3 and 15. The last movement is my favorite, the other three have 5 sharps and I hate playing music with more then 3/4 sharps, flats, I can do 4/5, but sharps...only 3/4.

I also went to a Good Friday service at my church this evening (and the new Panera 15 min. outside of my town, with my mom just before). All day I had prepared for taking communion, and was anxiously awaiting finally getting it tonight.

And that was my day. March 21, 2008. Oh, I also bought a really funny card today, that caused me to laugh hysterically in the Hallmark store - I would say that maybe was the highlight of the day. I'm going to send it to my friend Amy, to whom I send all funny cards that I find.
